Accurate layout
Your column widths, fonts, borders, images, and page breaks are preserved so the PDF matches what you see in Excel’s Print Preview.

XLS and XLSX supported
Works with legacy .xls and modern .xlsx files from Excel, LibreOffice, and similar tools.

Free, fast, no sign-up
Converter App is 100% free with no registration or watermarks. No usage caps beyond fair use. Large-file support above 1 GB is available where it matters (video tools). For image and audio converters you can upload up to 20 files at a time.

Before you upload: quick tips
Set the Print Area, check page breaks, choose portrait or landscape, and use Fit to Width or Fit to One Page if needed. Hide helper columns and rows you don’t want in the PDF. Decide whether to show gridlines and headers under Page Layout.

Fonts and multi-sheet notes
If you use rare fonts, some PDF viewers may substitute them. Prefer widely available fonts for consistent results. For workbooks with several sheets, control output with Print Areas and page breaks on each sheet so the PDF contains exactly what you expect.

Privacy by default
We remove your files automatically right after conversion. Your documents aren’t kept longer than necessary to complete the task.
