Identify different Speakers

Turn on “Distinguish different people” to label who speaks when (e.g., Interviewer vs. Guest). Give it a little extra time when using this feature. The speaker detection works best when people speak one at a time with the mic close. What will help you to obtain the best transcription results is submitting WAV files or high-bitrate MP3s

For best accuracy: record in a quiet room, keep the mic close, and prefer WAV or a high-bitrate MP3. If the first seconds are music or silence, language detection can fail — start with a little speech or trim the intro.
